The number of uninsured Americans is reaching the 50 million mark, or about 15 percent of our country’s population. Indiana residents are seeing this trend in their own home towns with many of their friends and neighbors having to go without health insurance.
Bloomington Hospital believes affordable healthcare should be available to everyone. We partner with local, state, and national agencies to provide an Immunization/Walk-in Clinic at our facility on 333 East Miller Drive. This location is also the place for people to enroll in the federally funded Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) nutrition program, access the Positive Link HIV testing and support site, and the state-funded Hoosier Healthwise program.
