Insurance
Rebound accepts most major insurance plans and may be able to assist you in verifying coverage. Physician referral is required. Transportation assistance may be available through Assisted Medical Transport or Rural Transit.

As the most experienced outpatient rehabilitation staff in the area, we specialize in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions for pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric clients. As part of the regional Bloomington Hospital system, Rebound has the ability to coordinate its programs across the full continuum of related patient needs.
